Dr. Steve Hampton

Dr. Hampton was raised in Butler County. He earned his B.S. in Animal Science from Murray State University in 1991 and his D.V.M. from Auburn University in 1995. After graduation, he practiced one year at Princeton Veterinary Clinic in Princeton, KY. He then moved to Clarksville, TN to become part of the Gateway Animal Care Group. Dr. Hampton moved back to Kentucky in August of 2008 to join Heritage Animal Hospital. His interests include orthopedic surgery and laser therapy. In his spare time, Dr. Hampton enjoys spending time with his family and working on his family’s cattle farm.
